A delicious picnic during my tours

Home made and a little different each time: during my tours, I offer the possibility to include a picnic with delicacies from a local, ecological farm. Lili started collecting old recipes as a hobby. Over time, more and more people discovered how well her products taste and she became something like a local celebrity. She has no shop, and only bakes on previous agreement. However, she has her kitchen up to all standards and is formally registered as a gastronomic provider. 

Vegetarian or allergies?

Of course she can take allergies into account, and provide vegetarian food when needed. But, she is a real artist when it comes to food and I like to give her a free hand when possible. Sometimes, people say that they prefer less meat, but they are not strictly vegetarians. In such cases I rather tell Lili that there are no special requirements: she sometimes includes a slice of dry sausage or some small pieces of ham.

It is a little surprise each time, also for me. For instance, Lili likes to include seasonal fruits, or, sometimes, wild food from nature. But, every time, I it is absolutely delicious.
